Let’s act, sisters!

In July 2023, SEMA Ukraine organised a charity event titled “Come on, Sisters!”, where the actresses of the AktorsForFuture performance team portrayed the suffering experienced by women in captivity, in prisons in the occupied territories and Russia.

After the success of the performance, the idea of creating a social video and a short film based on the performance video and interviews with SEMA Ukraine members emerged. These videos were to become the basis of an advocacy, education and information campaign. The shooting took place in December 2023 at the Museum of the History of the Second World War in Ukraine.
