This documentary follows Nepali Civil War rape survivor and SEMA member Devi Khadka, as she fights for justice for herself and other survivors. Through her diary, supported by archives, Devi reconstructs history erased to rewrite her new destiny.

Devi Khadka travels around Nepal, listening to the stories of survivors of conflict-related sexual violence, and creating a unified voice for justice. Nepal’s leaders are unwilling to acknowledge the shameful truth of wartime sexual violence and, as the only public face of survivors, Devi has decided to break the silence on conflict-related sexual violence in Nepal.
